Dallas, TEXAS (February 18, 2002) – Van Orden Communications, Inc. (VOCOMM), a Richardson-based full-service public relations company, recently named Tori Van Orden the company’s vice president of media relations. Tori, the daughter of VOCOMM’s principals, Jim and Grace Van Orden, will provide strategic counsel and support for the rapidly growing family business.
Tori has refined her tactical and practical skills in a wide range of public relations and marketing positions. In addition to communications experience in the healthcare and cosmetic industries, Tori worked for several years in the high-tech sector, where she held senior positions in both agency and corporate environments. During her tenure at public relations agencies Publicis Dialog and Springbok Technologies, she managed several high-profile corporate accounts, as well as start-ups in all sectors.
